Assignment Title: Infographic

Uses in the Classroom: This tool can be used to provide basic instruction for students in the traditional classroom and online. It provides a means for instructors to demonstrate and explain different tasks, assignments and new math concepts.  Additionally, it is a tool that is used to help students learn more effectively and how to problem solve in mathematics.

This tool will provide students with an infographic that will assist them in learning the concept of order of operations.  Also, it addresses the needs of visual learners and provides an alternative class material that students can print for future reference.

Issues to Consider: In order to use an infographic effectively, students will need access to computers, Internet access and have created a Piktochart account. Additionally, students will need to be familiar with maneuvering around an Internet browser window and the Piktochart application. If these items aren't available for the students at home, they should be provided for them in the classroom.
